On receipt, all orders are checked for accuracy. The order acknowledgement process is a key part in assessing any information or the required order date being changed to reflect the data provided.
Upon acceptance, orders will then be released for loading onto FactoryMaster, a proven material requirements planning (MRP) software.
The MRP provides EMS with:
- Order processing
Stock control — enabling us to maintain the lowest possible material and product levels;
Stock traceability — to ensure materials are available for production;
Production scheduling capabilities — allowing us to plan manufacturing, delivery and purchasing activities.
Your product and components are imported into the system from your origin data. The data is then checked for quality purposes and once it is in the system, all further processes stem from it.
The MRP system generates purchase requirements for your product, which are exported to our CAM software, CircuitCam.
The CircuitCam software is capable of detailing any special instructions with drawings and photographs and allows EMS to standardise production instructions — thus ensuring quality and integrity throughout the production process.
