About Us

Electronic Manufacturing Solutions is well-established in the UK as a global supplier of electronic PCB manufacturing services including PCB assembly, box build turnkey solutions and cable assembly.

Located just off the M4 corridor, we are ideally situated to accommodate our customers far and wide. Our clients cover a varied selection of industrial sectors with a wide range of requirements from bare PCBs through to surface-mount assembly, cable assembly and full box builds with testing.

Continuous growth

The team at EMS is dedicated to constant improvement. We measure our performance consistently based on key activities and evidence, using the data to make informed and effective decisions on how we can progress.

Our 15,500 sq. ft. facilities in the heart of Newbury, Berkshire house top-of-the-range equipment — and we have recently invested £1 million in a new line of machines for PCB assembly, which include the latest surface-mount technology.

All of our other offerings — cable assembly, box build turnkey solutions, final product testing and procurement — perfectly complement our PCB assembly service.

Customer focus

At EMS, we like to look after people how we ourselves would like to be looked after. We depend on our customers, and they depend on us, which is why we are committed to supplying a superior-quality service that exceeds their expectations.

Plus, we will always manage expectations, communicating clearly when we will be able to complete a project (and being honest if we can’t take one on).

By developing mutually beneficial, long-term partnerships, we can ensure our high standards are maintained — leading to greater reliability, enhanced services and increased efficiency.

Through our continuous growth and these strong relationships, we are able to deliver a best-in-class service which keeps our customers coming back time and time again. In fact, three of our clients have been working with us in excess of a decade!
